About Me
Well my name is Derek MacMillan, I was born and raised in Nova Scotia, and currently live just outside of Halifax. I am married to a beautiful woman and have a wonderful son who was born on September 9th, 2007.
I have always had a great interest in photography, and since getting a digital SLR I’ve really been able to have some fun. I enjoy taking photos of just about anything, if something catches my eye and I have my camera with me, I’ll snap a pic of it.
A lot of people tell me that I should start doing this more seriously, but I’m not sure about that yet. I do enjoy it quite a bit, and believe that I have a good eye for it, but who knows, maybe some day I will.
